RBC Canadian Open – 2015

A mere 111 years ago, the Canadian Open was held at Glen Abbey Golf Club. 111 years later, we have Bubba Watson, Jason Day (recovering from a frustrating week at the British Open), Matt Kuchar and many other well liked and favored to win players in the field are teeing it up. Some sill struggling from jet lag, while others are well rested and ready to compete.

Round one finished today with Grillo in the lead (-8), a 22 year old who plays on the European Tour. Im not saying he’s the next Jordan Spieth, but he won the Puerto Rico Open-granted the A-listers play elsewhere that week, but a win is a win. He should have the confidence going in to the second round and hopefully will continue to play well!

On a “personal” Fantasy Golf level, I am hoping Kuch comes together, gets a good night of sleep and plays well on this course which he’s played well on in the past.

Best of luck to everyone in the field!!!
