Setup: back straight, knees slightly flexed, always bend from the waist NOT the middle of your back. Top: your back faces the target, turn approx 80 degrees, back knee must remain flexed. shoulder goes underneath your chin. Impact: transition starts with the lowerbody, upperbody trails behind. weight drives into the target, NOT into the golf ball. Finish: all your weight goes into the target, completely off your back foot.
